The project with Finnair was focussed on envisioning of the future of the European business class service onboard the company flights.
It has been a very interesting and extensive innovation oriented project that transcended the mere aspects of the products to broaden the considerations to the whole service scenario and lifecycle: from food preparation in the catering facilities, to food handling and serving by personnel onboard, to the hygienitization and reuse of the artifacts.
